Well! Robotic process automation (RPA) is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure computer software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems.

It has already started its master journey in many domains like Healthcare, Transportation and Logistics, Human Resources, Education, Finance etc.. It’s the era of booming technology. Every new technology is making its mark in today’s world. RPA is of the technologies. The RPA in the market is progressing rapidly and acceptance of this robotic automated technique could help to restructure the business process management marketplace.

The future scope of RPA is relatively very high. There are various human jobs which can be easily automated using RPA tools and technology This is due to the following benefits of RPA:

1. Efficiency

2. Accuracy

3. Cost Reduction

4. Data integrity

5. Enhanced audit and monitoring compliance

In detail,

1. Efficiency: The software robots are highly efficient they can operate 24/7 without taking any break.

2. Accuracy: To carry out data entry task, the robots can perform it in the same way as the human beings without making any mistakes.

3. Cost Reduction: The software robots help to reduce the organizations cost.

4. Data Integrity: Change management can be performed easily by the RPA as it reserves the application and data integrity.

5. Enhanced audit and monitoring compliance: A detail audit logs are offered by the robots by allowing the advanced business analytics and enhanced compliance.

How will it influence the future??

· RPA “robots” will revolutionize the way we think about and administer business processes, IT support processes, workflow processes, remote infrastructure, and back-office work.

· It will provide dramatic improvements in accuracy and cycle time and increased productivity in transaction processing while it elevates the nature of work by removing people from dull, repetitive tasks.

· Technologies like presentation-layer automation software — a technology that mimics the steps of a rules-based, non-subjective process without compromising the existing IT architecture — are able to consistently carry out prescribed functions and easily scale up or down to meet demand,

· It will bring more technologically advanced solutions to businesses around the world, operating models that adopt automation, whether in-house or off shored, will cut costs, drive efficiency, and improve quality.
